Jairo Vinasco CEO | Creative Lead
Jairo has worked as a multimedia producer and consultant for several organizations in the Midwest, working on video production, photography, graphic and web design, but more importantly researching the relationship between specific demographics and the media consumption trends from a sociocultural perspective.
Jairo sees himself as a communicator first and a designer second, but we couldn’t figure out a way to fit that on his business card. Jairo takes joy in what he does at—so much so that he says it doesn’t feel like work—but he also enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Maria and his three boys Alejandro, Mateo and Lucas. He also loves watching movies, playing and watching soccer, snowboarding and video games.
Laura Toloza CMO | Marketing Operations
Laura has worked in the marketing field as a strategist, event planner, coordinator, and market research next to fashion brands, health care companies, and restaurants. She loves to integrate elements such as experiences, emotions, social and environmental responsibility on the campaigns. Laura has always worked based on numbers. All ideas come and are improved with research and data analysis.
